Christmas order cut-off dates

Western Australia needs about 1 week for us to make your order, plus up to 2 weeks for delivery, so the cut-off is 3 weeks before Christmas Day. Seasonal periods are our busiest times, so the earlier you order, the better.
Free delivery over $100
Orders of $100 or more are delivered free to any address in Australia. This offer applies to Australian destinations only.

Seasonal periods such as Christmas may take longer, so book early. Orders are sent with Australia Post or Sendle. For an estimate to your address, use the Australia Post postage calculator.
Tracking your order
When your order is posted, we email you a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel. You can also track your order at any time with your order number and email address. Local Canberra orders are delivered by hand and do not have a tracking number.
Chocolate and hot weather
Chocolate and heat do not mix, and longer, lower-cost delivery means more time in transit. Before we send your order, we check the weather forecast for both Canberra and your delivery location.
If the forecast is over 35°C, there is a risk your chocolate pizza arrives slightly offset, with toppings shifted or the chocolate softened. The product is still safe to eat and will taste the same.
To give your order the best chance:
- Choose a faster delivery option in summer where one is offered.
- Send it to an address where someone can take it in straight away, such as a workplace.
- Put it in the fridge as soon as it arrives.
- Order early in the week, so it does not sit in a depot over a weekend.
Local delivery and pickup (Canberra, ACT)
We are Canberra based and offer personal delivery or meeting at a nominated location. Pickup is available from our market stalls when operating.
Urgent local orders, ready within 2 days, have a $10 special handling fee. Call us on 02 6113 1511 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm).
International delivery
We ship to New Zealand, the Pacific, the USA and beyond. International orders may need up to an additional 14 days. Free delivery over $100 does not apply to international orders.
Payment
No products are mailed until payment has been received and cleared. We accept PayPal, Afterpay and credit card.
